El Método DSS

Say sí to speaking Spanish

Grammar is where most schools stop. We start students speaking in the first ten minutes, because that is where confidence, and CSEC marks, are won or lost.

Spoken from the first minute

Every class is live, small and spoken aloud. Students practise the language, not just read about it, from day one.

Coached by the examiner

Oral preparation comes from an official CSEC Oral Examiner, so students practise exactly what the marker is listening for.

Into the real world

Diplomat conversation sessions and annual immersion tours take Spanish off the screen and into real conversation.

The proof no competitor publishes

Results you can check, not claims

Trinidad and Tobago parents buy exam outcomes. These are ours, and no other Spanish provider in the region puts theirs on the table.

The teacher behind the school

As a girl in Trinidad I knew the grammar, yet I was afraid to speak. The day I let the words out, everything changed. Now I teach the Caribbean to do the same.

Profesora Phillip has taught Spanish for thirteen years. She is an official CSEC Oral Examiner, an Ed.D. candidate researching Spanish teaching in Caribbean classrooms, and an accepted presenter at the ACTFL 2026 Convention. Her students are not only learning a language. They are being positioned above the rest.

From our families

What parents and students say

My daughter went from dreading the oral to looking forward to it. The examiner practice made all the difference in Form 5.

Parent of a CSEC student

The classes are small and genuinely live. My son speaks from the first minute, which is why it actually sticks.

Parent, Spanish Club for Kids

As a doctor I needed Spanish I could use with patients. The sessions were practical and paced for a working schedule.

Beyond the classroom

Immersion tours, run properly

Our annual immersion tours take students into the Spanish-speaking world with a qualified teacher and an IATA-accredited travel partner. The language leaves the screen and becomes real.

Good to know

Questions parents ask first

Are prices in TT or US dollars?
Every price is shown in both. Trinidad and Tobago families pay in TT dollars, and the US dollar figure is there for regional and overseas students.
Can private candidates join the CSEC and CAPE classes?
Yes. A large share of our exam students are private candidates and resit candidates from across the Caribbean. Classes are built with that in mind.
How are classes delivered?
Live, in small groups on Zoom, so students join from anywhere in the region. On-demand recorded lessons and a student portal are on the way.
What makes the exam preparation different?
Our founder is an official CSEC Oral Examiner. Oral preparation is taught from the marker's perspective, which is where most candidates lose easy marks.
